Charley Hughes is a great friend of mine, he’s is a former USMMA (Merchant Marines Academy) lacrosse player, and class of 2019, he is currently traveling on a ship working for the Merchant Marines and traveling the world. He is also a dedicated bodybuilding with an amazing mental and physical transformation.
Charley and I both grew up in Baltimore in the private school system so we talk about living in the private school “bubble”, breaking out of that bubble, everything he learned in the process, how the USMMA changed his life, traveling, mentality, fitness, having great people around you, striving to be the best version of yourself, and much more.
